Project Newsletters

ITSVET –project meeting was held in Tallinn Technical College on 7.-8.12.2017. All project partners were participating from Latvia, Estonia and Finland. The project has now reached its most active phase as the basic curriculum has been planned and now the learning materials are in the planning process. Starting from November 2017 we develop piloting guidelines and the pilots should be implemented in march-June 2018. After that pilot will be evaluated and modifications made accordingly. Also we have started to develop teacher training syllabus and the training is about to launch at the earliest on February 2018 continuing to the autumn 2018. Newsletter 1

In the beginning we have identified The Central Baltic regions needs in ICT Security issues by research. Research stages were following:

  • Online survey for companies and organisations
  • Dacum analysis for ICT security experts (DACUM analysis is based on high-performing incumbent workers analysing the duties and tasks that make up their job)
  • Desk research for policy experts and education experts
  • Focus group interviews (SME’s)
